The program is based on the lastest research and best practices in the field and provides participants with a thorough understanding of the theories and techniques of supervision.

The Rise Up Model utilising CROCASS  is designed for counsellors and therapists who want to develop their skills and knowledge in clincial supervision.

It is ideal for those who are looking to take their supervision to the next level or for new supervisors who want to get a solid foundation in the field.

 

What are the benefits of completing the Rise Up utilising CROCASS supervision course?

The benefits of completing the supervision training including gaining a deeper level understanding of the theories and techniques of supervision, developing effective supervision skills, and improving your ability to provide quality supervision to your clients.

Participants will also gain the confidence and knowledge necessary to take on more challenging supervision cases and to develop their own supervision style.

What topics does the training supervision course cover?

The supervision training covers a wide range of topics and learning outcomes, including the theories and techniques of supervison, ethical and legal issues in supervision, supervising diverse populations, and developing a supervision practice.

Participants will also learn about supervision styles, communication skills, and the use of technology in supervision.

How is the supervision training delivered?

The RISE UP model of supervision training is delivered through a combination of live in-person training over 3 days and self-paced pre-training course work.

Participants will have access to a range of interactive learning tools and resources including video lectures, readings and case studies.

The program is designed to provide a flexible and engaging learning experience, allowing participants to progress at their own pace and in their own time.

What are the entry requirements?

Anyone can do the training, from students to expereinced counsellors, social workers, mental health, and community service workers.

The program will equip you with a solid foundation and framework for clinical supervision.

However, it is recommended that participants have prior experience in counselling or a related field. Before enrolling in the training it is advisable ot check with your professional governing body to ensure it meets their specific requirements.

Where is the training available?

The Supervision training is currently available in Adelaide, however Penny is looking to expand into other states soon
