What is the SEAASONS Supervision Framework

The S.E.A.A.S.O.N.S. Supervision Framework was developed by experienced supervision trainer Penny Adams. It is designed to sustain growth, uphold ethical practice, and ensure quality client care. What are the benefits of completing the SEAASONS Supervision Framework Training

The benefits of completing the supervision training including gaining a deeper level understanding of the theories and techniques of supervision, developing effective supervision skills, and improving your ability to provide quality supervision to your clients.

The SEAASONS Supervision Training is delivered through a combination of live in-person training over 3 days and self-paced pre-training course work.
The program is designed to provide a flexible and engaging learning experience, allowing participants to progress at their own pace and in their own time.
The program is designed to meet the in-person training requirements of ACA
What are the entry requirements?
Answer
Anyone can do the training, from students to expereinced counsellors, social workers, mental health, and community service workers.
The program will equip you with a solid foundation and framework for clinical supervision.
However, it is recommended that participants have prior experience in counselling or a related field. Before enrolling in the training it is advisable ot check with your professional governing body to ensure it meets their specific requirements.
Where is the training available?
Answer
The Supervision training is currently available in Adelaide, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney & Brisbane.

Glyn is a Domestic Violence advocate in South Australia, Her case reached the High Court of Australia in 2012 and its decision set a precedent that changed the law not only nationally but internationally. The Love Hope and Gratitude Foundation is the culmination of Glyn’s determination and compassion for victims of domestic violence, sexual abuse and homelessness. The foundation seeks to help victims in a variety of ways including counselling, advocacy and refuge accommodation for adults, children and pets. Glyn’s goal is to establish shelters for those who are vulnerable and most in need.
Penny ran a fantastic workshop, I felt engaged over the entire 3 days, other participants were able to add input and were encouraged to contribute…absolutely loved the course, the format was fantastic.
