We care about your funds and as a non-registered provider we don’t charge the full NDIS rate.
This ensures that your funds last as long as possible and you get the best possible support when you need it the most.

We care about your NDIS funds
At Seasons of Life Counselling we believe that your funds are important and we want you to get as much support out of them as possible.
As we are not registered providers we do not charge the NDIS current rate. We charge the same rate as we charge all our clients so that you are not disadvantaged in any way and you save your precious funds for when you need them the most.
AT-HOME CONVENIENCE
Online Counselling
We provide all our counselling services online via Telehealth. This means you don’t need to leave your home and avoid any unecessary anxiety or stress. You save your precious funding money by avoiding travel charges and are able to access flexible hours in the comfort of your own home.

Hi I’m Penny
I have been working with NDIS participants for 3 years and understand the barriers to receive counselling from a trained professional rather than recovery coach with very few quaifications.
I have clients who have worked with me through COVID and continue to seek my support from the comfort of their home and for less than what NDIS providers charge.

NDIS Counselling FAQ’S
ARE YOU A REGISTERED NDIS PROVIDER?
Answer
No we are not registered providers. This means that we can see plan managed and self-managed NDIS participants if your funding includes counselling.
If you are unsure check with your support coordinator.

Yes you can – I can also see you if you are self-managed
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO SEE YOU?
Answer
Make a time with me to chat about your needs and see if we are a good fit. Then you can chat with your support coordinator
Alternatively you can ask you support coordinator to make contact with to organise things on your behalf.
DO YOU TALK TO ANYONE ABOUT OUR SESSIONS?
Answer
Our sessions are strictly confidential unless there is a risk to yourself or others (this is covered in our agreement). I cannot talk to anyone without your consent – this includes support workers, support coordinator or NDIS.
If someone contacts me I will tell you and discuss this with you.
NDIS does require a report at your plan renewal time. We will discuss this together, I will write the report and you will approve it before I provide it to the support coordinator.
DO YOU CHARGE THE NDIS RATE?
Answer
No we don’t. We charge our normal rate for all our clients regardless of whether you are NDIS participants. The reason for this is that we have not had to invest considerable money in becoming a provider so we have no reason to charge you extra.
WHAT IF WE ARE NOT A GOOD FIT?
Answer
We will meet for an initial session (this does incur the usual fee) and if you decide we are not a good fit you are not obligated to continue.
