Penny Adams is a highly experienced speaker, presenter, and industry leader dedicated to supporting Australian counsellors in building sustainable, fulfilling careers. With over 10 years in counsellor education, training and assessment, she has a gift for breaking down complex topics into practical, absorbable content.
A Level 4 ACA Registered Counsellor, PACFA Clinical Member, and ACA College of Supervisors Member, Penny has extensive experience in private practice, education, and supervision. Penny delivered in-person Rise Up supervision training and has extensive online experience. As the founder of Seasons of Life Counselling and co-founder of Counsellors Community Australia, she blends clinical expertise with real-world business knowledge to help counsellors navigate the challenges of private practice and professional growth.
Known for her no-nonsense, down-to-earth style, Penny delivers engaging, insightful presentations with a good dose of humour to keep things light yet impactful. She provides ongoing workshops, training, and supervision to counsellors and supervisors nationwide, ensuring no counsellor navigates this profession alone.
